ConnectTransport reflections

At the end of last year, we hosted our first ever Velociti user group event, ConnectTransport 2025. It was a special opportunity to bring customers together to share how they use our solutions and discuss the future of transport technology.

More than 100 leaders from across the bus and rail sectors joined us for a day of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and innovation. Conversations highlighted the importance of data-driven solutions, integration and working together to build smarter, more efficient transport networks. While attendees came to learn from us, they also learned from each other, exchanging ideas and discovering new ways to improve operational efficiency.

The event was equally valuable for us, providing important customer insight into how our solutions can continue to evolve to meet future needs.

We were honoured to welcome a range of expert speakers, including Lord Peter Hendy, Minister of State for Rail, who opened the event with a video address highlighting the vital role of collaboration and technology in shaping the future of UK transport. Industry experts and customers from organisations including Transport for Wales, Whippet, Network Rail and Greater Anglia shared real-world examples of how technology and data are transforming operations, improving safety and enhancing the passenger experience.
